"If I could give a zero I would I had the worst experience dealing with this office I had an issue signing up with state farm so I decided to cancel my policy. this office refused to help me kept my money gave me the run around 2 weeks later still no cancellation or refund. I know they work off commissions but fraud should not be a tactic."
"Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. For clarity, this policy was purchased directly online, without involving my office during the initial setup.
When inquiries were brought to our attention, our office and State Farm Corporate both explained that cancellations cannot be completed while an application/policy is still in process. Once the policy is fully issued, it can be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed and sent.
Also, since the policy was purchased directly online, we do not have access to your policy account to service or process the cancellation at that stage. Once the policy is issued and assigned to my office, we will be able to help ensure your funds are returned to you."
